​You are receiving exclusive access to our new program and because of that, we are still working out some of the smaller details. We want to ensure this program is the best it can be for all of our members. With that being said, our first shipments are scheduled to begin August 2023.

All members with baby birthdays prior to August 2023 will begin to receive their first gifts in August 2023. Following the first shipments, subsequent shipments will be received as close to the baby's actual birth-date as possible.

For example: A premium member has a birthdate of June 9, 2023. This member will receive their first shipment around August 2023, their second shipment around December 9, 2023 and their third shipment around June 9, 2024.

Members born after our first shipments begin will receive all of their shipments as described for their chosen enrollment program i.e. the first shipment should be received on or around the baby's due date, and subsequent shipments should be received within 30 days of the baby's half birthday or first birthday, depending on the chosen enrollment program.

If for any reason, you no longer need your enrollment and you have not confirmed your baby's arrival statistics yet, you have several options:

• Postpone Membership - You can choose to keep your membership and postpone its use for another birthdate. Your membership will be placed in "POSTPONED" status. During this time, you will not be able to use the savings benefits. When you are ready, you can email us a new birthdate for enrollment, which will place your membership back into "ACTIVE" status. Your membership will not expire until it is used, so you are welcome to postpone your membership for as long as you may need to.

• Gift Your Membership - You can choose to gift your membership to a friend, family member or co-worker. To do so, you will continue to be the point of contact to confirm birth statistics for the intended recipient and you will receive the emails for shipping confirmation, but you will be able to provide a new address for the shipments to be sent to.

• Transfer Your Membership - You can choose to transfer your membership to a friend, family member or co-worker. To do so, your friend, family member or co-worker will receive an email asking them to accept the transfer of membership. They will be required to provide a new birthdate and shipping information for enrollment. Once the transfer is accepted, the transfer cannot be cancelled unless the transfer recipient chooses to transfer the membership back. Once accepted, the recipient will be responsible for providing the birth statistics for the new baby.

Absolutely! As long as your baby has not hit their first birthday yet, you can enroll your baby. We want to be sure that our new and expecting moms have the best experience possible when enrolling into our program and, since the program is designed to celebrate baby's first year alongside you, you may not receive the exact same experience, but we wouldn't want you to miss out on the fun. If you have any further concerns about your baby's age, please email us at info@legacymediaent.com and we can work together to determine the best way to enroll your baby.

We have carefully curated a list of books designed to provide both parents and baby with an enriching bonding experience. The books were chosen based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, their content, their length, their illustrations, their durability and their ability to grow with the baby and provide lasting entertainment beyond their first years. At this time, the option to choose the books sent at each milestone is not available.

While board books certainly have their place for baby, our program was designed to begin building a lasting legacy for your baby. The books we have chosen will be able to be read with your baby as they grow and learn well into their primary school years. The content is entertaining enough to engage your baby in their infant years, captivate your baby in their toddler years, intrigue your child in their pre-school years, teach your child in their primary school years and challenge your child as they learn to read independently and leave a lasting legacy with your child as they continue to grow.

Absolutely! This program makes a great baby shower or newborn gift for a new or expecting mom. When purchasing the membership, be sure to indicate the baby's parent name in the space indicated.

You will also have the option to either (1) remain the contact person or (2) transfer the membership to the gift recipient. If you choose to remain the contact person, we will contact you to provide the baby's birth statistics and confirm the shipping address for the entirety of the program. Many new parents like this option because, as new parents, they've already got enough on their plates.

If you choose to transfer the membership, the recipient must first accept the transfer and provide the baby's birth statistics and shipping information upon transfer. Once the transfer is accepted, the recipient will then be responsible for confirming shipping information for the remainder of the program.
